From component lists to usable workstations.

We review your furniture systems, quantities, and floor plan, then deliver, assemble, and position the agreed pieces. We check the completed layout with you and record any outstanding items in the final walkthrough.

Electrical connections, wall fixing, structural alterations, and manufacturer-specific work require a separately agreed scope with qualified specialists. Product compatibility, missing parts, and warranty requirements are assessed before assembly.

Included in your agreed scope

  • Review of furniture inventory and destination plans
  • Furniture disassembly and reassembly
  • Manufacturer instructions and parts checks
  • Sequenced delivery, assembly, and placement
  • Final walkthrough and completion list
How this service works

Build to the layout you approved.

01

Check the system and parts

Share furniture models, quantities, drawings, and manufacturer instructions. Missing fixings or incompatible components are identified before an assembly date is confirmed.

02

Stage and assemble

Group components by destination area and leave a workable assembly space. The agreed desks, tables, storage, and seating are assembled and positioned to the layout.

03

Walk the completed floor

Check furniture placement and record outstanding components or adjustments. Separately scoped electrical, structural, or specialist fixing work remains with the appointed trades.

Service questions

Before the components arrive.

Can existing furniture be reused in the new layout?

Provide product details, quantities, condition, and the proposed floor plan. Reuse depends on fit, available parts, manufacturer requirements, and the installation scope. Technical or building works are reviewed separately.

What if some parts are missing or damaged?

Identify known shortages when sharing the furniture schedule. We can record affected workstations and discuss the assembly sequence, but compatible replacement parts and manufacturer requirements must be resolved before those pieces can be completed.
